Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping pricing:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $50.00 or more, before taxes and any applicable fees.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Processing time is separate from and in addition to the delivery timeframe stated above.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Delays & Disruptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Optiva Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows a delivered status but you have not received your package, please allow 1–2 additional business days before reaching out, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address or order contents can be accommodated. Please double-check your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. Optiva Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
