  5. Photos or supporting documentation (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3–5 business days. Requests submitted without the required information may experience delays or may not be considered.

  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Optiva Labs reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our review criteria.
